I am a 300 RYT with the Yoga Alliance since April 2019. I have been in the yogic lifestyle since the early 2000s. Every yoga instructor brings a unique teaching technique with them to the mat. My intended purpose is to lead others to their Inner Core, to the stillness beyond the mind. I offer a guided meditation sleep-based yoga called Yoga Nidra, partnered with physical postures, asanas. This practice is designed to allow you to experience the Self Beyond the Mind, where all doing stops and relaxation is ultimately possible.
